We will then design the swimming pool according to your wants and needs. We will prepare the plan per your cities requirements for submittle. Your Plans will include the required structural engineering!

Monster Pool Company has been constructing swimming pools and spas in the Phoenix area for over 5 years. During this time we have come to know some of the best subcontractors in the pool industry. If you choose to Owner-Build your pool through MPC, along with the design and plans for your pool we will give you a list of reputable contractors to help you work smoothly through the construction of your project. MPC will help you coordinate your project so you will have a tenative schedule for each phase of your pool construction. Unlike other Do-It-Yourself companies and "swimming pool consultants"', we are a licensed, bonded, and insured pool builder. We are aware of the rules and regulations tha you need to be aware of and can assist you in achieving a well built pool that is also constructed correctly and within civil compliance.

Quality Control

When owner building you may have questions reguarding the quality of the products and services you are receiving. Some of this uncertainty can be avoided by using the subcontractors which we recommend. we have screened them thoroughly and only recommend contractors we have personal experience with. MPC will also complete two two complimentary inspections when you use our owner builder service. We will visit the sight when the project is ready for the pregunite inspection, and complete a thorough checklist to help you avoid missing any component of your pool or spa.
